Massaged Kale
Ingredients:
whole head of kale
1 lemon
salt and pepper
Directions:
Cut kale from stem and into little shredded pieces.
Then put in a big bowl and squeeze half or whole lemon over greens with a sprinkle of salt and massage into kale for two or more minutes. Like a cat on a blanket. Making the kale tender.
You can add diced avocado to this too! Making it creamy and delicious. I also use my seaweed sprinkles over this.
