Candida Cheese Sauce

Home made vegan cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of silken Tofu (organic non-gmo) 

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 

  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast (sari foods brand) 

  • 1 1/2 juice of lemon 

  • 1 large garlic clove or 2 small ones

  • 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt 

  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper 

  • 1 tsp of Turmeric 

  • 2 tsp of onion/garlic granules

  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika 

  • 1 cup of filtered water 

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender. I have a vitamix that I turn on to soup mode and this blends and heats the cheese up. If you don’t have this, that’s okay. Blend in blender for a good two minutes and then heat cheese on stove over medium to low heat and stir frequently.
