Candida Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
1 block of silken Tofu (organic non-gmo)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast (sari foods brand)
1 1/2 juice of lemon
1 large garlic clove or 2 small ones
1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of Turmeric
2 tsp of onion/garlic granules
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1 cup of filtered water
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender. I have a vitamix that I turn on to soup mode and this blends and heats the cheese up. If you don’t have this, that’s okay. Blend in blender for a good two minutes and then heat cheese on stove over medium to low heat and stir frequently.
