Massaged Kale

Massaged Kale

Ingredients:

  • whole head of kale

  • 1 lemon 

  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut kale from stem and into little shredded pieces.

  2. Then put in a big bowl and squeeze half or whole lemon over greens with a sprinkle of salt and massage into kale for two or more minutes. Like a cat on a blanket. Making the kale tender.

  3. You can add diced avocado  to this too! Making it creamy and delicious. I also use my seaweed sprinkles over this.
