Cheesy Bean Herb Dip

Ingredients:

  • 29 oz. can of white beans or cannelloni beans 

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter 

  • 1 tsp of Himalayan salt

  • 1 garlic clove 

  • 1 juice of lime

  • 1/4 C of ‘Sari‘ nutritional yeast (yes this is fine it is not activated yeast) 

  • 3/4 C Chopped Cilantro 

  • 1/2 C cup chopped Basil 

  • 1/4 C Chopped Dill

  • 1/2 A Lemon 

  • 2/3 C Filtered Water 

Directions:

  1. Drain Beans and put in blender or food processor 

  2. Add in Saris nutritional yeast, cashew butter, spices, garlic clove, and water.

  3. Put in container and mix in herbs and lemon juice! 

*Have this with cut fresh veggies or quinoa crackers. its nice to have in the fridge when feeling snacky!
