Sunflower Pesto
Ingredients:
1 whole bunch of Parsley
2 garlic cloves
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of filtered water (you can add more if you want a thinner pesto)
1/4 tsp or so of Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp of onion granules
1/3-1/2 cup of sari nutritional yeast (yes you can have this on candida, Liana the creator of the cleanse has approved this)
3 TBLS of sunflower seeds or seed of choice
Directions:
Place all Ingredients in food processor and blend on high for 1 minute or until mixed. I put this on zucchini noodles, steamed veggies, brown rice pasta, or even a salad dressing!
